Information processed
The service may process submitted website URLs, public page content, technical response data, audit results and account identifiers necessary to provide the service.
Google integrations
Authenticated integrations should request limited read-only scopes. OAuth tokens must be encrypted and access-controlled. Google passwords are never collected by SenseApproval.
Retention and deletion
Public scan history is stored locally in the visitor’s browser unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. Email delivery records are retained only as needed for delivery, consent, abuse prevention, legal obligations, and support. Visitors may request deletion or unsubscribe using the contact and preference options below.

Advertising cookies and Google
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, personalize and measure advertising based on a visitor’s prior visits to this and other websites, subject to consent and applicable law. Visitors can review Google advertising controls and the choices made available through the site’s consent interface.
Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use cookies when they are enabled on SenseApproval. The services actually in use, purposes, retention and available choices should be reviewed whenever advertising configuration changes.
Regional consent
Where required, SenseApproval uses an appropriate consent mechanism before activating advertising or measurement technologies. Visitors may revisit available privacy choices through the consent controls provided on the site.
Email downloads and publisher updates
When you request a free download, SenseApproval collects the first name, email address, selected resource, consent choice, and limited request metadata needed to prevent abuse and deliver the requested message. Resend processes email delivery for SenseApproval. If you separately opt in to publisher updates, your contact may be stored in Resend’s contact system until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Transactional download emails may be sent without enrolling you in marketing updates.
SenseApproval does not sell submitted names or email addresses. Requested download delivery is transactional; publisher updates require a separate affirmative choice.
