How SenseApproval gathers evidence, assigns severity and calculates readiness scores.
Observable evidence, not approval predictions
SenseApproval requests public pages and files, evaluates response headers and markup, samples internal pages, and groups findings by severity. It cannot see Google’s private review systems and never guarantees approval.
Scoring
The score begins at 100. Critical findings subtract 25 points, high findings 12, medium findings 5 and low findings 2. Informational observations do not reduce the score. A score is a prioritization aid, not a Google grade.
Requirement classifications
- Technical requirement: necessary for the specific implementation to function.
- Search requirement: directly affects crawlability or indexability.
- Publisher policy risk: an observable pattern that may conflict with publisher policy.
- Jurisdiction-dependent: privacy or consent obligations that depend on visitors and applicable law.
- Recommendation: quality, security or performance improvement rather than a formal approval rule.
Limitations
Static scanning cannot validate account ownership, Policy Center messages, manual actions, real-time Analytics collection, consent transitions or Google’s final decision. Those require authenticated product access or manual review.
