Prepare the whole site for AdSense review.

A complete, evidence-based workflow for preparing a website for Google AdSense review.

No approval tool can guarantee acceptance. Google reviews the site and account using its own policies and systems. This center organizes the observable work you can complete before applying.

AdSense readiness workflow

1. Eligibility and ownership

Use a domain you control, make the site publicly accessible, and ensure you can edit the HTML source used to connect AdSense.

2. Original publisher content

Remove unfinished, replicated, navigation-only and low-value pages. Each indexable URL should satisfy a real visitor purpose.

3. Trust and privacy

Publish accurate About, Contact, Privacy, Terms, Editorial and Advertising pages and link them visibly.

4. Technical access

Confirm HTTPS, crawlable links, valid robots.txt, XML sitemap, canonical URLs and no accidental noindex directives.

5. AdSense connection

Use one correct publisher ID, place the connection code in the document head, and keep ads.txt synchronized after Google provides the seller record.

6. Consent and ongoing policy

Configure required consent flows for applicable regions and keep reviewing Google’s Publisher Policies and change log.
